Guy Fieri VIP Pass Giveaway – September 10 at Downtown Flavortown Myrtle Beach

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, representatives, vendors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Downtown Flavortown, FACE Amusement Group, participating partners, sponsors, and related promotional entities are not eligible to win.

One hundred (100) winners will each receive one (1) VIP access pass to the Guy Fieri event at Downtown Flavortown Myrtle Beach on September 10, 2026. The pass includes VIP event access with Guy Fieri, access to the ribbon-cutting celebration, complimentary food and gameplay as determined by Sponsor, and a chance to meet Guy Fieri and take a photo, subject to availability, event operations, venue capacity, timing, and Sponsor approval.

Travel and lodging are not included. Each winner and any guest are solely responsible for arranging and paying for transportation to and from Myrtle Beach, accommodations, parking, and all other travel-related expenses, and must be able to arrive at Downtown Flavortown Myrtle Beach on September 10, 2026, at the time specified by Sponsor.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any portion of the prize with an item or experience of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash. No prize substitution, assignment, or transfer is permitted except by Sponsor. Winners are responsible for all taxes, incidental expenses, transportation, accommodations, parking, gratuities, personal charges, and any other costs not expressly stated as part of the prize.

Event access and prize experiences are subject to availability, weather conditions, operational needs, government restrictions, venue capacity, acts of God, emergencies, illness, cancellation, delay, closure, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control. Sponsor is not responsible for cancellation, postponement, interruption, or modification of any portion of the event due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Winners and guests participate in travel, dining, entertainment, arcade play, VIP events, and all related activities at their own risk. By accepting the prize, winners and guests agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Downtown Flavortown, FACE Amusement Group, promotional partners, sponsors, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, vendors, and representatives from any and all claims, injuries, losses, damages, expenses, death, property loss, delays, cancellations, or liabilities arising out of or related to participation in the giveaway, acceptance or use of the prize, travel, dining, entertainment, event attendance, or any related activity.

VIP event access includes a chance to meet Guy Fieri and take a photo but does not guarantee a personal meeting, photo, autograph, conversation, or specific interaction. Appearance, attendance, timing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Winners may be required to complete and return eligibility documents, tax forms, liability/publicity releases, and guest waivers before prize fulfillment. Failure to complete required documentation, respond within the stated timeframe, meet eligibility requirements, arrive at the specified time, or comply with these terms may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, human error, legal restriction, weather, emergency, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper operation of the promotion.
